A FARx Proof of Concept is a working prototype built around a specific use case from your business. It demonstrates how voice and facial biometric authentication operates within your application, workflow, or customer journey— scoped and configured for your environment, using representative data and realistic conditions.

A FARx Proof of Concept (PoC) is a working prototype of a proposed service, built around a specific use case from your business. Rather than describing what FARx can do in the abstract, a PoC shows it by demonstrating how voice and facial biometric authentication would operate within your application, workflow, or customer journey, and what that demonstration is intended to prove.
The PoC is designed for organisations evaluating whether to adopt biometric authentication. It helps answer the questions that matter most to a buying decision: how the technology performs in your environment, how it integrates with your existing systems, and how your users experience it. Every PoC is scoped and configured for the client, using representative data, realistic conditions, and the deployment model under consideration, so the evaluation produces a clear basis for decision-making.
Typical PoC scenarios include passive-voice verification in a contact centre IVR flow; continuous session authentication in a customer-facing web portal; participant identity verification in a Microsoft Teams meeting; or deepfake and synthetic voice detection in an existing telephony platform.
A FARx PoC can typically be delivered within one to two weeks of scoping and provides a clear, evidence-based foundation for the business case that follows, making the next step of the process easier to define.
